Registration for the 2023 – 2024 school year is open and we are welcoming applications!
The procedure for registration is a follows:
- Complete application and payment contract
- Return packet with the following check and non-refundable New registration fee of $25 ($50 for families) and the first week’s tuition
Physical/Health Form - New Enrollments: Health report form/physical and immunization records must be filled out, signed, and dated by your child’s doctor and returned with Registration
- Returning Enrollments: Health report form/physical and immunization records must be filled out, signed and dated by your child’s doctor every 12 months
- Return completed health form by October 2nd, 2023
